U3A’s guest speakers are always very well received. In previous meetings, Alan Weyer gave a particularly  interesting talk on ‘The Early History of the Eastern Cape’, and Dr Div de Villiers delighted members with tales of his dog Tix’s many exploits and adventures.

Speakers and entertainers to look forward to at forthcoming General Meetings are:

11 September:  A performance of songs by the ever popular Kerry Hiles. 

9 October:      Helen Batting, with a war time story, ‘Looking for Uncle Dennis, who was lost during the war in Italy'.
